alison has worked with Smarsh since 2014, through two entire site re-builds, as well as four microsites, two subsidiary websites, general page builds, changing functionality, and ongoing maintenance.
In this version of smarsh.com, alison served as technical liaison to an outside agency. In this capacity, alison was responsible for scoping work, defining functionality, code review, content migration, testing, and client <-> agency communications. In addition, alison was in charge of the entire Resources Center, guaranteeing the back-end functionality required to enable the Marketing Team to perform day to day updates and run campaigns. alison continues to provide support, build content types, and implement new functionality for the Team.
Throughout alison's contract with Smarsh, she has integrated services through FeedOtter, Pardot, Salesforce, and Marketo.
